A native to Northeast Ohio, Tim spent the first 18 years of his business life in a variety of roles with several small entrepreneurial businesses in the hospitality, manufacturing, construction and aviation industries. Pursuing his passion for improving organizational performance, Tim acquired his B.A. in Business Management from Hiram College, then went on to earn his M.S. in Organizational Development and Analysis from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
He then spent 15 years in the large corporate setting as a practicing organizational development professional, culminating as the Director of Professional Development for Nestle USA.
In 2008, Tim started his own practice with a focus on human resource, organization and community development. Through his company, Dream Door Enterprises, he now provides facilitated planning and customized professional development services throughout the northeastern United States.
Tim founded The Chesterland Innovation Center in 2012 to support community-based, backyard business startups and in 2014 he worked with a founding group to form Encore NEO, a registered Ohio non-profit LLC that is dedicated to helping inspired men and women, age 50 and over, to craft meaningful careers for the second halves of their lives.
