- Reliable Income that supports one’s desired lifestyle,
- Meaningful Work in a respectful environment,
- Flexibility and choice in work/life scheduling,
- Passive Income for long-term sustainability, and a
- Notable Legacy - using one’s passions and abilities to make the world a better place.
Encore NEO is based on a vision that starts with redefining the notions of aging, work, workers, and employment and offers new opportunities.
Redefining Aging: “We’re not who you think we are.” More Americans in their 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s are rejecting any language that even remotely connects them with the senior citizen label. And along with this never-grow-old mindset, they eschew the belief that retirement and leisure are the ultimate goals of life. Instead of “aging out” they will remain available as a powerful human asset to both business and society. Encores are ready and willing to remain vital and active in their later years.
Redefining Work and Retirement: In this new stage, Encores seek the kind of freedom, independence, and flexibility that enables them to fully enjoy life through greater travel and recreation and to spend more time with friends, family, and hobbies. While some will continue to work primarily because they need the income and health benefits, others want to continue their careers in ways that are personally meaningful, contribute to society, enable continued growth, and afford flexibility in how they allocate their time. They insist on more creative working arrangements that allow for more choice. They want to remain relevant, engaged, productive, and fulfilled.
Enabling Social Engagement: In great part, this generation possesses a strong desire to engage in meaningful work and get behind causes that have positive social impact. This offers tremendous potential for Encores to mobilize collectively as a powerful force for social change.
